Kapoor Time Crafter is an authorized Service Center for Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Balmain, Baume & Mercier, Breitling, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chanel, Christian Dior, Chopard, Franck Muller, Graham, Hublot, IWC, Longines, Omega, Panerai, Rado, Raymond Weil, Roger Dubuis, Seven Friday, TAG Heuer, Tissot and Tudor.

Battery replacement services are chargeable.

Battery replacement usually takes between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the watch model and condition.

Luxury watches are usually powered by silver oxide, alkaline or lithium batteries, depending on the model and movement.

Battery replacement service is available at our stores. However, we recommend connecting with our team to confirm the availability of the battery specific for your watch model.

We provide detailed estimates after an initial assessment, ensuring transparency before commencing service of any watch.

We currently do not provide doorstep pick-up or delivery services for watch servicing. We invite you to visit our service center for a seamless drop-off and collection experience, available Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

We provide a warranty on our repair services. The duration of warranty may vary based on the type of service availed and the brand of watch.

The warranty excludes accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, and any third-party opening or repairs.

As an authorized Service Center of our partner brands, we use authentic watch parts sourced directly from brands to ensure the integrity of your timepiece.

The time required to service a watch may vary based on the required service, but most services are usually completed within 2-4 weeks.

You can tell a watch needs servicing if it starts losing or gaining time, the movement feels sluggish, the second hand skips or stutters (in quartz watches), or if you notice condensation under the crystal. For mechanical watches, strange noises or stiffness while winding can also be indicators.

Watch servicing does not require original invoices. Each watch is booked separately for servicing.

Polishing service can restore the original finish of a stainless steel or precious metal watch.

Complete watch service is focussed on retaining the optimum function of the watch's movement. It usually includes dismantling, cleaning, polishing, lubrication, assembly and testing.

It is a limited intervention service. Partial service may not require the watch and its movement to be completely dismantled. Focussed on aesthetics and appearance largely, partial service is usually inclusive of repair of the crystal, crown, dial, bezel, case, and in some cases polishing.

Watches need servicing to ensure their accuracy, longevity, and performance. Over time, lubricants inside mechanical and quartz watches dry out or degrade, leading to friction and wear. Regular servicing helps clean the internal components, replace worn-out parts, and recalibrate the movement to keep the watch functioning reliably.

Restoration of vintage or antique watches is dependent on the availability of parts from the brand. Parts of very old watches may or may not be offered by the brand. Please, connect with our team for an assessment to check the scope of service.

We are authorized to service mechanical (manual winding and self-winding) and quartz watches of 24 watch brands including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Bvlgari, Cartier, Omega and more.

It is recommended to service watches every 3-5 years to ensure optimal performance and longevity of movement. However, the exact interval depends on factors like the model, climate, level of care, and frequency of wear.

Online registration is mandatory to activate your watch warranty.

A valid warranty card and purchase invoice are required to claim the international warranty.

The clasp of your watch strap can be changed, depending on the availability of a compatible clasp and the strap’s design compatibility.

Metal bracelets and leather straps are often interchangeable, depending on the type of watch, lug size and availability of your preferred strap.
